3. Pricing and Payment

All prices for products on our online platform are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) unless otherwise specified. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. Payment for all orders must be received in full before shipment. We accept various forms of payment as indicated during the checkout process.

4. Orders and Shipping

• Order Acceptance: All orders placed through our online platform are subject to our acceptance. We may, at our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order.

• Risk of Loss: All items purchased from Dragonfly Lures are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to discuss a return or exchange. Products must be returned in their original, unused condition. Custom orders are generally non-refundable unless there is a manufacturing defect.
